– Appointments can be booked through our online system or by phone.
– Walk-ins are not accepted
Late Arrival
– If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled.
– No-shows will be charged 25% of the booked service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
– Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance.
– Late cancellations (less than 4 hours) will be charged 25% of the service fee.

– Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
– If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.
Cancellation & No-Show
– Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your appointment.
– Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance will incur a 25% fee.
– No-shows will also be charged 25% of the booked service.
Payments
– Payment is due at the time of service.
– We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payment.
– No refunds for completed services.
Health & Safety
– Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment.
– If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behavior.
